Submit a Complaint

The Board of Nursing has authority to investigate complaints which allege violations of the Nurse Practice Act and/or the Board's Rules relating to nursing education, licensure and practice. Descriptions of violations may be found at www.arsbn.org, ASBN Rules, Chapter 7, Section IV.

Please complete the online complaint form to submit a complaint to the Board of Nursing. Note the form will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the system times out, you will need to restart the complaint process. Documents in pdf format can be uploaded during the complaint process. All other document formats should be mailed to the ASBN office: ATTN: Complaints, 1123 S. University Ave. Ste. 800, Little Rock, AR 72204. INCLUDE COMPLAINT NUMBER ON ALL DOCUMENTS.
